MISSION STATEMENT

In support to Qatar National Vision of 2030, the Energy Sector developing strategies to support the work towards the target of 50% Qatarization and maintain or improve Qatarization percentage above this level.

The Qatarization target will be reached by:

• Develop Human Capital strategies for long term success

• Working with communities, people, and education Sector

• Recruit, develop, reward, and maintain quality, competent Qataris

• Provide opportunities and develop the right people for leadership roles​
