ollege of Engineering one of 11 colleges at QU, offering 9 Bachelors, 8 Masters and 12 Doctoral Programs.
Aim to produce graduates that are, Entrepreneurial, Competent, Life-long learners, Well rounded and Ethically and Socially responsible.
Qatari graduate numbers have increased from 68 to 165 per year in last 10 years.

ew framework for SWP in QatarEnergy looking to integrate Workforce Planning with Business and Budget plans.
Workforce Plans owned by Line; enabled by SWP and facilitated by Human Capital.
The Framework has two main elements: Strategic People Planning (SPP) and Operational People Planning (OPP.)

fter defining requirements and evaluating 10 different institutions, Georgetown University McDonough School of business was selected.
The program has 6 learning themes; Value based Leadership, Communication, Change Management, Adaptability, Resililence & Agility, Personal Development, Risk Management.
Delivers 6 unique courses over 10 modules, a total of 144 in person hours and 10 coaching sessions.
A major feature is the implementation of Executive coaching to help awareness and drive improve
ment of Leadership skills.
