​2. Extended Reality Learning in QatarEnergy

  • ​3 pillars to Development; Strategic Alignment, Operating Model, Work Program.
  • Identified uses in Human Capital; Onboarding, Wellbeing, Remote Education and Virtual Classrooms.
  • So far, 1 VR room and lounge, and 3 VR titles, in place with more facilities planned in future.
  • Pilot included 24 sessions with 117 employees trained.
