Movements are based on business requirements and/ or the individuals’ developmental needs.
Corporate-wide internal movements and/ or swaps supported (within and across Directorates).
Recommended minimum mobility target of 10% on Directorate level (based on pool of successors).
Various implementation options available; Job Swapping, Rotations, Assignments/Job Shadowing.

Much improved Qatari intake of 538 achieved in 2023, above target.
Current Sector plans project good growth in Qatari HC by 2028.
To show improvement, plans must have Qatari HC increasing proportionally more than Perm HC and net Qatari intake must be positive.
