Engagement Survey is a pulse check of the organization and measures diverse dimensions.
9 key dimensions and 59 questions selected in the design.
QatarEnergy result was 84%, higher than Energy industry average of 76% with 92% participation.
Following analysis of results, Action plans have been developed and agreed.

Framework has four stages; Development Plan, Succession Planning, Departmental Resourcing Review, Career plan.
Scope is for Critical roles only and limited to 3% of positions within business area.
