    • Texas A&M opened in 2003 and has now awarded 1250 degrees
    • 563 students enrolled in 2021, 49% female and 57% Qatari
    • Outreach program aims to attract school students to STEM subjects
  2. NOC Motivational Program
    • To ensure NOC employees are connected through different levels and channels.
    • Remote engagement program: Connect, Evolve, Achieve, to help support employees and provide resources
  3. Qatarization Strategy and its Human Capital Impact
