  • Corporate-wide internal movements and/ or swaps supported (within and across Directorates).
  • Recommended minimum mobility target of 10% on Directorate level (based on pool of successors).
  • Various implementation options available; Job Swapping, Rotations, Assignments/Job Shadowing.

  • ​Empowering Qatari employees with skills needed for success, enhancing their employability and opportunities, and preparing them for Leadership roles.
  • Need for clear objectives, pool of suitable candidates, appropriate Training Programs, and effective evaluation.
  • QEWC has seen increased Qatarization at management levels, as well as higher retention and engagement among Qatari employees.

4. Qatarization Planning
  • Much improved Qatari intake of 538 achieved in 2023, above target.
  • Current Sector plans project good growth in Qatari HC by 2028.
  • To show improvement, plans must have Qatari HC increasing proportionally more than Perm HC and net Qatari intake must be positive.
  • Guidance and direction for developing Qatarization Plans.
